The 5UM14B-1 power amplifier module is an assembly of power transistors with control circuits and protection circuits. The module is designed to control the load at a switching voltage of no more than 80 V and a phase current of no more than 20 A, in particular by electric motors of various types.
The module supports the following functions and features:
- control of any type of load in accordance with the control signals;
- protection against current overloads and short circuits;
- protection against pulse current surges;
- adjustment of the threshold of operation of current protection;
- protection against simultaneous switching on of the transistors of the upper and lower arms of the inverter;
- external alarm about the occurrence of an accident.
