The modules based on fast-recovery diodes are intended to operate in pulse circuits with peak voltage up to 6500 V. The modules of Schottky diodes are intended to operate in low-voltage circuits (up to 200 V) with load current up to 400 A. The modules can be used also as rectifier bridges.
