The module of the rectifier device type 1VU is designed for use in power supplies, power drive devices, on-board equipment complexes of special-purpose electronic equipment, developed and modernized samples of military equipment, as a voltage control unit.
The module supports the following functions:
- conversion of single- or three-phase alternating voltage to a pulsating constant;
- switching of power voltage;
- disconnecting/connecting the load by an external control signal;
- control of the switching voltage by switching on/off the brake and charging transistors;
- smooth charging of the load capacity by pumping pulses;
- adjustment of the threshold for switching on the brake transistor;
- adjustment of the delay in the operation of the brake transistor;
- protection of own transistors and short-circuit loads;
- providing temperature protection;
- providing protection against undervoltage of the power supply circuit and control circuit;
- display of the operating mode and emergency situations.
