The 1SSPC1A current switching and control module is designed to work in ground-based equipment, as a power element for current switching in various types of converter devices.
The module performs the following functionality:
- DC switching;
- control of the current flowing in the load circuit;
- switching off the power transistor of the module at a load current value exceeding the value of the module current protection setting;
- turning off the power transistor of the module in case of overheating;
- output of a status signal according to the criterion I > 0.1 IN;
- output of a status signal when the current protection of the module is triggered;
- output of a status signal when the module's overheating protection is triggered;
- external reset of the module lock when the current protection of the module is triggered.
