1SSPC1A-10-2-C

The 1SSPC1A current switching and control module with an extended temperature range is designed for switching DC loads, protecting the load and the switching transistor from overcurrent (according to the I²t criterion), temperature and inductive emissions in the load circuit. The module includes a control circuit and a power circuit with galvanic isolation from the control and power circuits.

The module provides the following functions and features:

- switching of the load current;

- I²t load current monitoring with overcurrent protection;

- output of status signals when the load current exceeds the permissible value;

- protection of the switching transistor from overheating;

- status signal output in case of overheating of the controlled transistor;

- protection of the controlled transistor from overvoltage drain-source;

- the output of a status signal according to the criterion I x 0.3Inom.

- 03 - pin contacts for soldering.
