Thyristor power regulator ТРR3-T is intended to control power of active load or active-inductive one in three-phase AC circuits with voltage 220 / 380 V and with frequency 50 Hz.
The power regulator is used in automatic control systems of automatic temperature regulation and other process conditions.
The TPR3-T operates together with control devices (of a foreign manufacturer) that have the standard analogue DC output signal.
Basic functions:
- Conversion of DC input signal into AC output capacity;
- Galvanic load circuits isolation from signal circuits;
- Protection and indication of overcurrent;
- Control and indication of phase loss;
- Control and indication of power thyristors overheat;
- Supply voltage indication;
- Regulating indication;
- Forming of status signal (clean contact) with the following parameters: overcurrent, phase loss, overheat of power elements;
- Forming of DC voltage 24 V 0.1 A (for supplying of external circuits).
