The DTTM thyristor driver is a driver with independent control of three thyristors with a maximum anode-cathode voltage of 1800 V, provides galvanic isolation along the control circuit of each channel and between channels.
Designed to control: thyristors with a control current of no more than 1 A, two or three different thyristors.
It is used as part of: semi-bridges, single- and three-phase bridges (including modules M1, M2, M3, M20-M24) operating at a frequency of 50 or 400 Hz.
