Optothyristor modules (three-phase optoelectronic  semiconductor AC solid state relays with “normally open” contacts with zero transient control), with protection functions of power elements against overheating are intended for loads commutating in AC circuits of frequency from 50 to 400 Hz. There is a protective diode in input circuit that provides the input circuit against incorrect voltage supply.
