Brushless DC commutator module RCCM is intended for forming control signals by inverter transistors to control by three-phase brushless DC motor on constant magnets with rotor position sensors.
The RCCM maintains the following functions and performances:
- Forming of control signals by power inverter;
- Controlled motor start/stop;
- Motor shaft rotation direction change;
- Speed regulation;
- Speed stabilization at changing of motor supply voltage;
- Protection against braking by back connection;
- Protection of electric motor against overcurrent and;
- Current protection operation threshold regulation;
- External signalization about accident conditions.
