M32M-4-2-B

The small-sized M32M inverter module is an assembly of power MOSFET transistors (three-phase or two-phase inverter) with control circuits. The module is designed to control a powerful active-inductive load of up to 0.7 kW (electric motors of various types, pulse transformers, heating elements, etc.) in accordance with external control signals as part of converters of various types.

The module supports the following functions and features:

- switching of power transistors in accordance with the logical control signals;

- blocking the simultaneous activation of the half-bridge transistors;

- output of a potential signal proportional to the temperature (internal thermistor).
