The M32 inverter module is an assembly of power transistors (three-phase or two-phase inverter) with control and protection circuits.
The module is designed to control a powerful active-inductive load (electric motors of various types, pulse transformers, heating elements, etc.) in accordance with external control signals as part of converters of various types.
The module performs the following functions:
- switching of power transistors in accordance with the logical control signals;
- formation of "dead" switching time;
- blocking the simultaneous activation of the half-bridge transistors;
- control of the inverter current with the output of an analog signal of the current value;
- overcurrent protection with a response threshold of 2 x Imax;
- overheating protection;
- protection against undervoltage of the control circuit;
- output of a status signal for triggering current and voltage protections;
- output of a ready status signal at a supply voltage corresponding to the norm;
- control of the phase current with the output of a galvanically isolated signal proportional to the current (for the "D" version)
- the module provides galvanic isolation of control circuits from power circuits with a strength of at least 2000 V (AC).
