Semiconductor module is intended for controlling, regulating and stabilizing of rotation velocity of brush DC motor with constant magnets and rotor position sensors.   

The module supports the following functions and features:

- controlled engine start/stop;

- changing the direction of rotation of the motor shaft;

- speed control;

- speed stabilization when the amplitude of the motor supply voltage changes;

- protection of the electric motor from current overloads and short circuits;

- protection against simultaneous switching on of the transistors of the upper and lower arms of the inverter;

- protection against operation in case of an incorrect combination of signals from the rotor position sensors;

- external alarm about the occurrence of an accident;

- the possibility of powering the module from the power circuit.
