Step into the profession: students visited Electrum AV JSC

How is electronics created? Which specialists are involved in this process? The answers to these questions were given to the students of OSU named after I.S.Turgenev.

The tour began in the development department, where future specialists saw the full cycle of creating electronic devices.

Stage 1: From idea to scheme The designers and developers demonstrated how the technical specification turns into schematic diagrams and functioning device layouts. The students learned how components are selected, solutions are optimized, and end products are programmed.

Stage 2: "Dressing" the circuit in the board Topologists have shown the process of tracing printed circuit boards in specialized programs. The participants saw how electromagnetic compatibility and thermal conditions are taken into account.

Stage 3: Preparation for production The technology department explained how the developed boards are adapted for serial production: a CD set is created, materials and installation methods are selected.

Production chain: The mechanical section includes the manufacture and processing of parts developed by the design department. In the assembly shop, components are installed and devices are assembled. At the site of functional control, testing of the parameters and functionality of the finished product is carried out.

"It was very interesting to see the whole process from start to finish," one of the participants shared. The company plans to continue holding such events, helping students choose a profession and motivating them to develop in the industry.
